Pineapple Raita

Ingredients:

Sliced Pineapple – 2 cups

Curd – 3 cups

Sugar – 3 tbs

Pepper Corns – as required

Method:

Mix curd, salt and sugar well. Add sliced pineapple in the mixture and stir well. Now garnish it with pepper corns and serve with your fried rice.
