Chocolate Burfi

Ingredients:

  • Sugar - 4 Cups
  • Cashew Nuts - 15 Items
  • Almonds - 5 Items
  • Water - 1 Cups
  • Ghee - (1/2) Cups
  • All Purpose Flour - 1 Cups
  • Cocoa Powder - 3 Tea Spoons
  • Milk Powder - 3 Cups
Method:

  • Mix cocoa powder and maida.
  • Fry cocoa powder and maida in ghee.
  • Dissolve the sugar in water.
  • Mix all ingredients except cashew nuts and almond and stir continuously.
  • When the mixture becomes thick, add cashew nuts and almond, mix properly.
  • When froth appears in the mixture, pour it into a greased plate.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Cut into squares or diamond shape.
  • Serve
