Chocolate Burfi
Ingredients:
- Sugar - 4 Cups
- Cashew Nuts - 15 Items
- Almonds - 5 Items
- Water - 1 Cups
- Ghee - (1/2) Cups
- All Purpose Flour - 1 Cups
- Cocoa Powder - 3 Tea Spoons
- Milk Powder - 3 Cups
Method:
- Mix cocoa powder and maida.
- Fry cocoa powder and maida in ghee.
- Dissolve the sugar in water.
- Mix all ingredients except cashew nuts and almond and stir continuously.
- When the mixture becomes thick, add cashew nuts and almond, mix properly.
- When froth appears in the mixture, pour it into a greased plate.
- Allow it to cool.
- Cut into squares or diamond shape.
- Serve
