Milky Seviyan

Ingredients:
200 gm Sweetened Condensed Milk (½ tin Milkmaid)
50 gm Seviyan
½ liter Milk
2 tbsp Raisins
2 tbsp Nuts
2 pods cardamom, finely powdered

Method:
  • Roast seviyan lightly in 1 to 2 tsp of ghee, if it is not the roasted variety.
  • Bring milk to boil. Add condensed milk, seviyan and cardamom.
  • Cook for 2 to 3 min and top with raisins and nuts.
  • Serve hot.
