Moong ki Dal ka Halwa

Ingredients:
Moong ki Dal, Sugar,Desi Ghee, Mava (Khoya), Choti Ilaichi, Dry Fruits- Kismis, Almonds and Cashew nuts
Method:
Keep Moong Dal dipped in water soaking for 3-4 hours and then washed properly with water and grind Moong Dal to coarse paste in mixer. Now put desi ghee in kadai on gas and then put moong dal paste and heat it till it becomes slightly brown and ghee looks separate and then add some quantity of milk and sugar as required and mix properly and also add mava and cut pieces of dry fruits almonds, cashew nuts, kismis and Choti Ilaichi then mix properly.
Now the delicious and tasty Moong ki Dal ka Halwa is ready to serve.
