Ghee 4 tsp
Saffron a pinch
Badam essence 5 drops
How to Prepare Potato Halwa
1. Wash, cook, peel and smash the potatoes finely without any lumps2. Soak sugar in water and heat on a low flame
3. Boil the sugar syrup to one string consistency
4. Now add the smashed potatoes and mix well
5. Add ghee, saffron and badam essence and mix well. Switch it off when the ghee separates out
