Stuffed Paneer Pakora

Ingredients

Fresh Paneer /cottage cheese - 200 gms
Besan flour - 1 cup
Red chilli powder -1/2 teaspoon 
Fresh coriander leaves - chopped 2 tablespoons
Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
Salt
Oil for frying

For Stuffing:

Idli molaga podi/ idli chilli powder - 3 tablespoon 
Curry leaf powder/ Karuvepilai podi - 1 tablespoon (optional)
Finely crushed cashews - 2 tablespoon
Oil - 1 tablespoon

Method:

Cut paneer in to 2 inch thick cubes. Mix all the ingredients for stuffing together. Now slit the paneer in the middle, make sure that the paneer does not break in to two pieces. Fill the gap with the stuffing and keep them aside for 20minutes. In the mean time mix together, besan , red chilli powder, coriander leaves, salt and baking soda along with little water and make it to a thick batter. Now heat sufficient oil in a kadai , dip the paneer pieces in the besan batter and deep fry in the oil until golden brown. Drain on a absorbent paper and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
