Serves 4
Ingredients:
½ cup Paneer Cubes
2 tbsp Onion Paste
1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
½ tsp Red chilli powder
¼ cup Tomato puree
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds (Kassori Methi)
¾ cup Milk
1 tsp Sugar
½ tsp Butter
½ tsp Vegetable Oil
Method:
- Heat the butter and oil in a pan.
- Add the onion paste, ginger-garlic paste and stir for some time.
- Then add haldi, chilli powder and tomato puree and cook till the oil separates.
- Finally add the kasoori methi, milk, sugar, salt and paneer cubes and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
