- 225ml (8 fl oz) warm water (45 C)
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon quick yeast
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 400g (14 oz) bread flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation Method:Prep:10 mins | Cook:40 mins1.Place the water, sugar and yeast in the pan of the bread machine. Let the yeast dissolve and foam for 10 minutes. Add the oil, flour and salt to the yeast. Select Basic or White Bread setting, and press Start.
